Loretta Reed is a certified project manager who has managed a variety of projects in many industries, including health care. She leads the project management office for NCCHC Resources. She is responsible for managing complex projects that provide technical assistance to correctional health care facilities, developing project parameters, managing project leads, and monitoring all projects. Ms. Reed is responsible for managing project staff, tasks, milestones, deliverables, and dollar spend so projects deliver the expected results on time and on budget.


Ms. Reed has extensive multi-industry experience and skill in leading cross-functional teams, clarifying issues, and delivering solutions. She has led worldwide project teams that conducted risk assessments focused on business processes, determined the key controls, and developed testing of the controls to ensure compliance. Her expertise and skill set encompass operations assessment, business analysis, finance and accounting processes, continuous quality improvement, and selection and implementation of electronic medical record systems, human resources systems, and finance systems.
