Mr. Cook is a partner with KMB architects in Seattle, Washington and leads the behavioral health design practice. He has extensive experience in the planning and design of correctional health care facilities across the United States and internationally. Mr. Cook has been engaged in the practice of architecture, engineering, and design for more than 20 years, cultivating dynamic, highly collaborative relationships with clients that have resulted in unique projects that solve programmatic complexities and fulfill aspirations. In 2010, he became the first architect in the nation to become a Certified Correctional Health Professional, highly regarded as a symbol of a professional’s knowledge, understanding, and application of standards and guidelines essential to the delivery of appropriate health care in the correctional environment.
