At the NCCHC National Conference in Las Vegas, NCCHC Resources hosted a reception for our consultants and board members. The room was filled with both new acquaintances and old friends. Conversations were buzzing with discussions on the most pressing issues facing correctional health care across the country. This gathering served as a powerful reminder of the depth of expertise surrounding our organization. Collectively, our consultants represent over a century of experience in correctional health care.
Working in correctional health care can feel exhausting and overwhelming. We unfortunately hear the words “burnout” and “compassion fatigue” all too often. This is where NCCHC Resources and our incredible cadre of consultants can help. One of the greatest benefits of partnering with NCCHC Resources is the understanding that our consultants bring.
